Okay, as we know, summer officially started today, but in the Emerald City? July 5th is a safe bet.
Pedro, even in rain gear, hates to walk in the wet. So we are playing ball indoors, catching up on politics, and are about to dive into the pre-game show for Mariners v. Padres in San Diego--and yes, we do miss the Cali sunshine though we love living here.
When the Santa Anas are blistering SoCal we will be basking in an extended summer in fall. Hoo-rah!
