Hi, Erin.

As Emily Dickinson said, and to paraphrase badly, hope is that thing that perches in our soul and is never lost. We've waited so long for a real change in the Whitehouse, what's a few more months? (After all, it takes 12 months to produce a baby donkey.) We may not be able to sustain a fevered pitch about a favorite candidate, but the determination underneath won't diminish.

I'm with you: I go back and forth between Obama and Clinton. I know the candidates wouldn't appreciate this, but my dream team is Clinton for prez, Obama for vice-prez. What a fantasy. And then I would like to see Obama as prez the next time.

Thanks Izzat--Actually, I am a delegate for Obama. I meant I go back and forth thinking it's good to solidify their chances by testing them; and wanting them to stop fighting and get on with it.

I like Obama as President with Clinton as Veep. The best part--so many people are voting--even Democrats in Wyoming!

hope yes, but when does a person start to realize the vehicle is outmoded and dysfunctional? In economic stats the loss of the middle class after the WW!! jump start by government help in housing and education (and no doubt business and industry) has been aided and abetted into this state of damage by BOTH PARTIES. We are the proof that pitting people against each other in the game of profit, where greed is just competitive and winners take all no matter how dishonorable okay then, how about forums to reconstruct the model ......instead of trying to drive this broken don junkyard discard vehicle towards change(? )
