You know, I'm gonna get copies of the Legal briefs the McSame Campaign has filed in this Troopergate Cover-up, and if I ever get served a subpoena, I'll simply send the court those briefs.

I'll say "I have decided I'm too busy to testify, and the case is simply inconvienent, so I'm refusing to testify"

I think Everyone should. Seriously, according to Harriet Myers, Karl Rove, George W Bush, Dick Cheney, and now John McBush and Sarah Palin, the Rule of Law doesn't exist, and subpoenas are simply a suggestion that can be declined at will.

Geez, can you imagine what the Rethuglican Party would have done if Clinton had told his people to refuse to cooperate.

Oh, but that was back when the Republican Party wasn't an extended arm of Organized Crime.
