Sarah Palin only did one debate and 3 interviews (Gibson, Hannity, and Couric), and now she's only doing pep rallys and Congressional Fundraisers.

My question is, if the McCain campaign can't trust Palin to speak to the public in either more debates or in interviews with the media or press conferences - why should we trust her with the Vice Presidency and possibly the Presidency? Why should we trust McCain if he picked her and doesn't even trust her to speak in public in anything but a controlled forum? It's not like it's the "tough" media that's the issue or she could go on Fox News, which is certainly not hostile towards Conservatives.
